Our makers earn wages that meet or exceed local wage requirements and provide a sustainable source of income.  In many cases, they earn up to five times more than they would without access to this employment opportunity.

Beyond fair wages, our makers have opportunities to develop new skills. Many also have access to education, healthcare, and community support—resources that can help create greater stability for themselves and their families.
